Total Health and Exercise, Personal Training Gym is a non-membership private personal training facility. Which provides certified independent trainers a location to train their clients. The facility is a total of 4500sqf with locker rooms, showers, free towel service, and a large selection of new functional training equipment. The fitness trainers are very diverse in their training and knowledge. You can choose from many health and wellness programs from; sports conditioning, weight management, strength training, general health, and weight loss. 

Conveniently located in the South Denver areas of the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, and Centennial, Colorado
